Who we are

What data we collect

When you place an order, the following data is processed:

• Name and delivery address — to fulfil and ship your order
• Email address — to send your order confirmation and updates
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see, store, or have access to your card details

We do not collect data for marketing purposes unless you explicitly sign up for our mailing list, in which case we store only your email address.

How we use your data

• To process and fulfil your order (legal basis: performance of a contract)
• To send order confirmation and shipping updates (legal basis: performance of a contract)
• To comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting records (legal basis: legal obligation)
• To send you marketing emails if you opted in (legal basis: consent — you may withdraw at any time)

Third parties

Stripe — processes your payment. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. Their privacy policy is available at stripe.com/gb/privacy.

Shipping carriers — your name and delivery address are shared with our courier to deliver your order.

We do not sell your data to any third party.

How long we keep your data

Order records (name, address, items purchased) are retained for 6 years in line with HMRC requirements. Email addresses collected for marketing are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data where we have no legal obligation to retain it
• Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format

• Withdraw consent — for anything you consented to, you may withdraw at any time
