We ship worldwide — to any country our supplier can reach. This covers the vast majority of countries globally, including the UK, Europe, North America, Australia, Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.
If your order cannot be fulfilled to your location for any reason, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Remote locations may incur additional carrier surcharges — these will be shown before payment.

These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs processing, peak periods, or carrier issues.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment being confirmed. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once dispatched. International tracking updates can sometimes be slow — if your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days, give it a little longer before contacting us, as parcels are often still in transit.
All shipments are declared at their true value. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country's authorities are the buyer's responsibility — we have no control over these and cannot predict the amount.
We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering. If a parcel is refused by customs and returned to us, we will refund the item cost only — the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
If your tracking shows delivered but nothing has arrived, first check with neighbours or any safe drop locations. If still missing, contact us within 14 days of the tracked delivery date at cangwarehouse@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate.
If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
