Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within that 14-day window.
To cancel, email us at cangwarehouse@gmail.com with your order number and the subject line "Cancellation Request". We will confirm receipt promptly.
Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the items to us within 14 days. Items must be:
Please note: our garments have an intentional distressed and worn aesthetic. Items returned that appear to have been worn beyond trying on will not be accepted.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
If your item arrives faulty or we sent the wrong item, please contact us at cangwarehouse@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Please note that the distressed, worn, and faded appearance of our garments is intentional and not considered a fault.
Sale items are eligible for returns under the same conditions as full-price items.
